Sierra Tahoe Bigfoot Research

This site is dedicated to the research of bigfoot, and it's habitat, in the Tahoe and outlying Sierra region of Nevada and California. We listen to witnesses who want to talk about their experiences, and keep them confidential unless otherwise requested. Our mission is to learn as much as we can about the possible existence of the sasquatch, in the hope that we can all gather a better knowledge of the species, then ultimately, we as a race understand that it's habitat, and way of life, must be protected.

3 Sasquatch Episodes on MonsterQuest Today

I was surfing the cable TV guide and found that there are 3 Sasquatch Episodes on MonsterQuest this afternoon on the History Channel. The following times are Pacific Time:

3:00pm-"Legend of the Hairy Beast" Cliff Barackman is in this one.
Native American legends of a creature resembling a hairy man are explored in an expedition along the Klamath River.

4:00pm-"Mysterious Ape Island" Dr. John Bindernagel
Stories of an ape-like creature on Vancouver Island are explored.

6pm-"Bigfoot" Cathy Strain and the Skookum Expedition are featured
Following a search for the legendary Bigfoot by an all-female team in Washington state. Also: The 1967 Patterson-Gimlin film of a supposed Bigfoot is examined.

MonsterQuest has made an official announcement that they have been dropped from programming on the History Channel. Hopefully they will find a home on a new network.
